Club Program

Time frames for tryouts:

13U/14U (7th and 8th grade) and under - Check in starts at 8:45am, tryout 9am - 10:30am

15/16U (9th and 10th grade) - Check in starts at 10:45am, tryout 11am - 12:30pm

17/18U (11th and 12th grade)- Check in starts at 12:45pm, tryout 1pm - 2:30pm

Our club offers multiple levels to accommodate the different needs of various athletes wanting to play club volleyball. The chart below gives details of the different levels and our expectations of the athlete at that level. All the information found in the charts are not written in stone, but a strong guideline. Some conflicts can be worked through with the respective coaches/director.

In addition to the information above, here are some universal details:

• The ideal team size for us is 10 athletes (Max 12)

• Teams practice 2x a week for 2 hours each. This might change (only more) as gym space and amount of teams for the season is established.

• Starting in January, teams will have a minimum of 2 tournament days each month. There will be at least 1 "preseason" tournament in December.

• Jerseys are NOT included in the cost. This is done to save money for those who already have them from years prior. Typical costs range around $275 for everything. This includes 2 jerseys (home/away), warmup top, warmup bottom, t-shirt and backpack (optional).

In order to register, you will need a USAV membership number. If you played last season, you most likely have one that is still good. If you didn't and need one, please follow these instructions for a tryout membership (will need to be upgraded to full membership if offered a spot on a team):

You will need to Create an Account or Sign in to SportsEngine to register. The primary account holder of the SportsEngine account MUST be a parent. Each child in the parent's household registering for a SportsEngine program will need a unique sub-profile housed in the parent's primary account. Under no circumstances should an athlete register themselves for the tryout using their own SportsEngine account. When creating the profile it is imperative the primary user information is that of a parent/legal guardian at least 18 years of age. Please remember, athletes participating in tryouts:

• That were a member of another club do not need to clear their club assignment or obtain a release to participate in your 25-26 season tryouts.
• Only new members without a previous membership need the tryout membership.
• The tryout membership will need to be upgraded prior to full participation with a club.
• Cost of the tryout membership is $10 total and will be deducted when upgrading to a full membership.
• This membership link will be good for the entirety of the 25-26 season (including for Fall tryouts or Spring season tryouts).
